Damaged or faulty product
In the event you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will contact our print and shipping suppliers to arrange an immediate re-print and dispatch.
Please get in touch with us via chat/message in the bottom right of this page and be sure to include photos to enable us to process your request.
In this situation a refund will not be offered unless there is a repeat of the problem.
