Custom order process

If you view our website and don't quite see that perfect something, you can contact us and make a custom order here.

Please ensure you provide as much information as possible including any relevant images of pets.

Please note there is a minimum USD$40 design fee for a custom design (physical product additional).  There is no cost to submit this form to receive your obligation free quote.

In collaboration with our design team, we will review your request and advise:

• If we can meet the requirements
• The cost
• The time frame

We will present this to you as a formal quote for you to decide whether to proceed or not.

If you choose to accept the quote then you will be required to pay up-front before we commence to the design phase.

We will send your requirements through to the most suitable designer to get going on your design ASAP.

As part of the custom design process you will receive 2 free revisions so we can get your design just right.  

If your order includes printing onto a product, this will take place once you have approved the final design.
